We only collect essential emergency indicators (blood group, allergies, pre-existing conditions, emergency contacts) that you voluntarily furnish during safety sticker activation or profile updates.
Zero Identity Disclosure to Public
Your primary phone number is never displayed on the public scanner screen. Rescuers connect with guardians exclusively through our encrypted DoubleDialing telephone bridge.
Controlled Scanner Access
Emergency medical records are accessible only when a physically authentic ResQlives QR code is scanned in the field. Every scan event logs rescuer GPS coordinates and timestamps.
Full Owner Sovereignty & Rights
You retain full control over your emergency profile. You may modify emergency contacts, disable a lost sticker, or delete medical records immediately via the dashboard or mobile app.
