Service Agreement

By using ResQlives, you agree to provide accurate medical information and maintain the security of your account and QR codes.

Emergency Services

ResQlives is an information provider and notification system. We do not provide direct medical care or guarantee the arrival of first responders.

Subscription & Credits

Subscriptions and call credits are billed in advance. Credits are consumed upon successful emergency call initiation and are non-refundable.

User Responsibility

Users are responsible for ensuring their QR codes are visible and legible. ResQlives is not liable for scans failing due to damaged or poorly placed codes.
