Service Scope & Operational Agreement
ResQlives provides emergency information routing, masked phone bridging, and rescuer dispatch alerts. By using ResQlives, you agree to keep your medical profiles and guardian contact numbers accurate and updated.
Emergency Medical Disclaimer
ResQlives is an emergency communication catalyst and is not a replacement for direct state rescue response. In life-threatening emergencies, rescuers should always dial Rescue 1122 or local emergency desks directly.
Safety Packages & Call Credit Quotas
Subscriptions, sticker packages, and call credits are billed in PKR. Call credits are utilized upon connection through the masked telephone gateway to maintain call bridging quality.
Physical Sticker Care & Placement
Subscribers are responsible for affixing their weather-resistant QR stickers to clearly visible areas on their helmets, motorbikes, vehicles, or personal credentials for rapid rescuer scanning.
